A farm-to-fork sanctuary where the seasons set the menu and the soil writes the story.
Eminence Terra Nova is not a restaurant in the conventional sense. It is a daily conversation between our gardeners, our foragers, and our kitchen. There is no fixed menu, only what the soil offers each morning, transformed by patient hands.
Eminence Terra Nova's kitchen operates on a single principle: only what the land gives, prepared with patience. Our seven-course tasting menu evolves weekly, sometimes daily, guided entirely by what our permaculture garden and the surrounding Sunshine Coast Hinterland provide each morning.
Every grain, leaf, and fruit is grown within 80 kilometres. Every protein is sourced from regenerative producers we know by name. Nothing is imported for its prestige. Everything is chosen for its integrity.
Terra Nova, new earth, is both a promise and a practice.
Seven courses · paired with biodynamic wines or zero-proof botanicals. $295 per guest. Reservations essential.
· curated by the Terra Nova kitchen
A slow, leisurely breakfast served daily 7am–10am. House-cultured yoghurts, sourdough from our wood oven, eggs gathered before dawn.
An open-air à la carte experience in the permaculture garden. Wood-fired flatbreads, seasonal salads, the day's catch, designed for unhurried afternoons.
Our signature tasting menu, served from 6:30pm in the candlelit dining pavilion. Sixty guests per evening, never more.
"Terra Nova is the most quietly profound dining experience in the Queensland hinterland. A kitchen that feels less like a restaurant and more like an act of devotion to the land."— From the Eminence Zenith vision document
