Maleny · QLD 4552

Above the Coast, Beneath the Canopy

A 90-minute drive from Brisbane, 35 minutes from the Sunshine Coast beaches, and a world away from everything else. Eminence Zenith is set in the ancient rainforest of the Blackall Range.

The Setting

A Place That Earns Its Stillness

Maleny sits on the Blackall Range at roughly 450 metres above sea level, high enough that the morning mist rises from the valleys below and the summer evenings carry a cool edge the coast never knows. The town and its surrounds form the cultural heart of the Sunshine Coast Hinterland: a slow, considered community shaped by dairy country, rainforest remnants, and a long tradition of artisans, musicians, and growers.

The Eminence Zenith property occupies a rare hinterland parcel of undulating pasture giving way to remnant subtropical rainforest, framed by a spring-fed lake and the distant line of the Glass House Mountains to the south-east.

We acknowledge the Jinibara people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which Eminence Zenith stands, and pay our respects to Elders past, present, and emerging.
