Founder & Operator
Eminence Zenith is founded by Martin Kralovic, a hospitality and wellness professional with over 20 years of experience across venue ownership, premium operations, and guest-centric concept delivery.
Martin has founded, owned, and operated multiple hospitality businesses across Queensland, including organic cafés, wholefoods concepts, and high-volume corporate venues, developing deep expertise in operations, team leadership, systems, and customer experience.
He was part of the opening leadership team at Tank Bathhouse, a high-end wellness and bathing venue on the Sunshine Coast, overseeing food & beverage operations and supporting weddings, events, and luxury guest experiences, a role that directly informs the Eminence Zenith concept.
Martin is currently Assistant Venue Manager at Cibaria Noosa, part of the opening team at Elysium Noosa (formerly Sofitel Noosa), further strengthening his experience in premium hospitality, brand standards, and complex venue launches.
With formal training in hospitality management, fitness, and remedial massage, Martin brings a rare combination of commercial discipline and holistic wellbeing understanding, positioning him uniquely to deliver a boutique, wellness-led destination at scale.
